How do rotations work? We run a first‑come list and cycle through fairly. New singers are added before the next rotation begins (if they sign-up before the end of that rotation of course) so everyone gets time on the mic. If a singer leaves, a new singer will be added in that spot. Duets count as one turn, unless it's a slow night
